  • a group restructuring involving an Italian corporation and two subsidiaries in France and the United Kingdom
  • the negotiation of a joint venture between a UK advertising company and Italian managers to launch activities in Italy
  • a management buyout of an Italian company in the children's television sector
  • the sale of an Italian food manufacturer's business
  • the negotiation of compensation for a purchaser with regard to guarantees issued under a share sale/purchase agreement, in the context of the sale of a pharmaceuticals company
