Our firm was recognized by the Financial Times in the Innovative Lawyers Report 2011 as among the most innovative law firms in Europe for the third consecutive year. Our lawyers aim to be innovative and creative during the execution of Private Equity operations. An example of our innovative approach and our commitment to technical excellence is research on the bylaws of Italian portfolio companies of investment funds, to analyze market trends and best practices in co-sale, tag-along clauses, privileges in profit distribution and corporate governance issues. This research was the first of its kind in Italy, and showed, surprisingly, that the investment funds use these tools in their bylaws far less than one thinks.
This is just one example of how our firm invests in the training of its professionals in order to provide its clients with more suitable and more innovative solutions and structures.
